Be BullyProof
Be Bullyproof is where we will teach your children to use an authoritative voice to deter bullies as well as non-violent self-defense techniques in order to insure your children’s safety, if physically assaulted.
Be Empowered
Be Empowered is the official Be Jiu Jitsu self-defense program just for women and only taught by women. The class is based on the techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) which are taught over the span of 25 classes. In this class, we will teach you how to neutralize the most common attacks, common behaviors like having your hair grabbed to being pinned to the ground by a weapon-bearing assailant.
Be Prepared
Be Prepared is our beginner program for adults. In this program, you will learn the 46 core techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe, and cooperative environment. Each one-hour lesson addresses one standing and one ground self-defense technique, which are further broken down into simplified drills or “slices” to facilitate the learning process.
Be Jiu Jitsu - Intermediate
This is the next step after our Be Prepared curriculum. A blue belt is not required but this class relies upon knowledge of techniques which are taught in Be Prepared. This curriculum is specifically designed to simplify your journey to black belt by organizing all of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) into seven positions based on the core basis of BJJ, all of which are studied for several months before moving on to the next chapter, Be Jiu Jitsu Advanced.
Be Jiu Jitsu - Advanced
No techniques are taught in this class. This class is for developing your game plan, drilling sparring, and rounds.
Be Yoga
In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.
